Labels:text | screenshot OCR: Elysius raid' 94 Render ing Artistically Insane Designs Well welcome to the second RAiD DiARY, in this month some really wierd things happened to our beloved group. I guess the most important one would have to be the merger between RAiD and a 206 group called ENIGMA. I think you will be pleased with the calibre of artists that ENiGMA brought to us. Other news this month was a RAiD member was accused of ripping an ansi from an old PSYCHOSiS add. Well unfortunately this is true, I will go into more detail about that later on. What else happened this month, we picked up some really talented new members from groups like BLADE, DARK, and of course the conglomerate UNiON. Well we are trying to make our paks alot more than just an art pak so you have any suggestion either find me or another RAiD member on IRC or some net or board near you, or mail me at CRAIGJ . iCEBOX . iCEONLINE. COM . More on the Merger . Like I said RAiD merged with a 206 Group ENIGMA, coming over with the ENIGMA crew are some very talented artists including Achilles. We are very pleased with this merger and we believe it will benefit both groups in the near future. I hope to see alot of your guys work for the next pak. : ) RAiD's Response to RAiD Rippin Ahead. Well this month to our dismay and utmost apologies, a RAiD artists was accused of ripping an old PSYCHOSis ad. The artist in question was Adidas. Unfortunately this artist did rip the ansi, this is not how we operate in RAiD and so therefore this artist does not belong with us. Adidas has been removed from CRINGE-Net and the RAiD Memberlist. His ansi's for this months pak have been removed due to the question of are they really his. I'd like to thank Jabberwocky for pointing this out to us, for if he didn't I think Adidas might have gotten away with it. New Arrivals. Some new additions to the evergrowing RAiD Memberlist this month are some talented artists. Darkforce(ANSi) comes over to us from UNION, we welcome him warmly. Silent Mobius(ANSi) comes to us from BLADE, his ansi's are pretty good and we hope to see him improve under the RAiD banner. Flomo(LIT) has decided to add some spice to our talented literature division. Suicidal Maniac (RIP) has come over to us from DARK, I personally can't wait to see his awesome RIPs. Inquisidor(LIT) has joined us from nowhere to add his views of reality for you to read. Innate Malice(ANSi/Coding) comes to us fro The Image Crew, I hope to see alot of his work in the future. Departures . This month RAiD has removed some inactive members from the Memberlist and removed some for other reasons. Adidas(ANSi ) has been removed for ripping a PSYCHOSiS ad. Eternal Silence(ANSi ) has been removed due to the fact that he has lost interest in the scene. Prince of Death(ANSi/Courier) has been removed as well due to the fact he no longer is part of the scene. Some Interesting Sidenotes Well after some long consideration, the RAiD Senior Staff has decided to announce some temporary and some permanent department heads. For ANSi we have permanently chosen Darkforce. In the VGA Divivsion we have permanently chosen Smokescreen. The Lit Division we temporarily have Elysius " the v as our Head. Coding we temporarily have Eto as our head, this is due to the fact he doesn't know how much time he can spend towards the group. If he has enough spare time to organize the coding department he will receive this position fulltime. Finally the Rip and Music departments we have chosen Suicidal Maniac, and Freaq respectively. This Here Pak Well in this issue of the RAiD Rendition, we are trying to make viewing the Rendition into more than just an art pak where you just view ansis/vgas and lits. Featured in this pak is another interview, this time by Pestilence and he interviews our beloved ansi artist Prophet. Next month we will feature some Lit and Ansi projects. Future Additions to our Renditions. In the near future look for an ansi project ten of our artists are planning, this should be an interesting project to say the least. Also we will hopefully be implementing RAiDORADE into our next pak, it is a small e-mag that will contain the interview, the NFO and MEM files, as well as some other small but exciting features.
