  6. Well, if you've heard my first PD music entry, welcome once more... and of
  7. course thanks a lot for taking an interest in my other tunes.

  9. "Michael" was my first music entry into the Public Domain, and my only tune
  10. which was successfully written with 8 tracks -all the rest simply couldn't
  11. seem to made to work in 8 channel mode. Huh! Typical! Arrrrggghhh! But not
  12. to worry -it didn't stop me at all, evident by the other twelve tunes I
  13. made.

  15. When listening to my tunes, a lot of people would class me as some sort of
  16. idiot, simply because of the rather strange samples I use. Ha ha! Perhaps I
  17. better set the "record" straight...
  18.  
  19. I have a really good sense of humour, and so does a poor friend of mine
  20. known as Michael. Michael is someone I know who always seems to do
  21. ridiculous things, resulting in a lot of "Micky"-take from me and my good
  22. mate, Ste. In "Michael" (the tune) there are sounds of female gasping in the
  23. background. Hmmmm! No...NO! I'm not corruptly minded, but Michael is, and so
  24. my tune reflected him in the simplest way I knew how, probably because this
  25. was the very first time I'd used my sampler!
  26.  
  27. Following on from Christmas ('92) I aquired a tape with Michael singing (or
  28. trying to!) a self-made Christmas-song. During this time I'd just finished a
  29. tune which was okay, but not that entertaining. Ste continuously pulled the
  30. "Mick" out of Michael about the following things, (in the song)...
  31.  
  32.  * Over-exageration of the word "Door" (ie. Doooorrrrrrr!)
  33.  * Mispronounciation of "Mistletoe"    (ie. Misels'toe   )
  34.  * A stupid line, "Christmas time is here gain"
  35.  
  36. I began to realise that this was becoming an obsession with Ste, and so the
  37. idea appeared for the tune, "Obsession" included in this archive. It
  38. certainly gained popularity over New Year's Eve, I hope it does with fellow
  39. "Amigos"!!!
  40.
