Rosewood Journal v4.02 Rosewood Software Registration $ 38.00
BUSI MAY91 ACCOUNTING RECEIVABLES STATEMENT ROSEWOOD JOURNAL
FILES: rosej402.sdn
New to SDN
Rosewood Journal is an Invoice Journal and Accounts
Receivable "front-end" to be used in conjunction with any
General Ledger program.
Rosewood Journal keeps track of cash and credit sales
invoices, payments on account, sales tax (up to two levels),
and complete accounts receivable. A General Ledger report
tells the amounts to be entered, and the accounts in which to
enter them. Accounts Receivable lists are aged (current, 30
days, 60 days and 90+ days). Customer statements are
designed to be folded into a standard business window
envelope. These statements are also aged. A label maker is
built in. Screen colors and names of sales taxes are user
configurable. Rosewood Journal is simple to learn and easy
to use. There is no need to understand accounting
terminology. Entries are made quickly with the aid of
softkey macros and intuitive data entry.
The program is supported by telephone, CompuServe E-Mail, or
by ordinary mail. Upon registering, clients receive the
latest program version and a file which removes the
exhortations to register. Distributors will be sent major
upgrades.
Requirements: DOS 2.11 or higher, 330K RAM, printer.
Some user comments:
"Great program. Just what I need for my business." J.F.T.,
Beltsville, Maryland.
"The thing I most like about your program is its simplicity.
It is extremely user-friendly and it only takes me about ten
minutes each day to process my accounts. I also found it was
easy to learn and I was able to show my staff how to use it
quickly." N.E., Kincardine, Ontario.
"Good Program." F.D.S., Tacoma, Washington.
"After months of searching and trying various debtor
programs, I finally found Rosewood, which prepares my
reports, statements and data in the same format to which I
had been handwriting and manually balancing. The program is
a joy, it does not attempt to be too comprehensive or
complex, its simplicity in data entry and reporting are its
strong points." G.T., Australia.
"(My client) still jumps up and down every time he looks at
a statement printout" H.C.W., Milford, Ohio.
