Most seeds are fertile, but the best are from Mexico. Never throw your seeds away, for pot is a weed and can be grown almost anywhere.
1) First, soke your seeds overnight in clean, lukewarm water.
NEGAM SPEAKS: I prefer a better method. Soak a paper towel with water,
and drop the seeds into it, and fold it over. Place this on a paper
plate and put it in a dark place with normal house temp. Not too
hot, not too cool. Leave there for 2 weeks - make sure the paper
towel is KEPT SOAKED! Don't expose the seeds to light. [END]
2) Obtain a planter box. If this is not avaliable, a plastic dish tray about
two inches deep will serve just as well.
NEGAM SPEAKS: Even better would be a milk jug. Cut the top off it,
poke holes in the bottom <for drainage>. Toss a few SMALL pebbles
in the bottom for aid in drainage and to let air hit the roots once
seedlings have become established. [END]
3) Fill the container with washed fine sand and shredded sphagnum moss. If this is not readily avaliable, you can use regular soil. The soil should be
packed firmly, and watered well so that the excess water is allowed to run off.
NEGAM SPEAKS: Get some potting soil from a place like Home Depot, and
make sure it's good, expensive stuff. Make sure it has sphagnum moss,
vermiculite, and other goodies. *BEFORE* you fill the container
with this soil mix, drop some COMPOSTED manure at the very bottom, then
fill the container with the potting soil. Don't use too much composted
manure, you could burn the plant once it's established. A thin layer
over the bottom will do.
Place sprouted roots in the mix (after they have germinated for 2
weeks) if leaves are visible, stick them up out of the soil. <END>
4) Dig furrows the full length of the container about one-half-inch deep. Now, you can sow your seeds. Do so every inch. Fill in each furrow with a clear
plastic sheet and place it in a warm location where there are atleast 6 hours of sunlight a day.
NEGAM SPEAKS: A piece of glass covering the container or plastic wrap
will also do, make sure the soil stays wet but not drentched.
{END}
5) The plants are on their own until they develop their first true leaves.
* Even if the material mentioned above is not avaliable almost the same degree
of success can be accomplished by placing the seeds on several layers of water-soaked paper towels. Now cover the seeds with a plastic sheet just as
above, and expose to sunlight.
** In about a week, signs of life should appear. Within two weeks, definite
little leaves should be present. This is the time to transplant.
Transplanting)-
1) The soil should be similar to the original soil used in the germinating box.
Make sure you pull up all other weeds in the general area allowing your plant as much freedom of growth as possible.
2) The original germinating box should be watered the day before you are going
so as to make the move easier on the plants, and cut root damage to a minimum. The plants should be placed in holes two or three inches, depending on the size of the plant.
3) If there is a lack of sunlight, a small amount of tin foil around the plant
can be very helpful for the first few days are the most critical after the
actual transplant.
4) If the plants survice the shock, there should be no reason why they shouldn't grow into healthy, fully grown plants (which means, in certain climates, fifteen to twenty feet high).
NEGAM SPEAKS: Before taking your plants outside, you need to wean them off
because they're used to the atmosphere inside. Do NOT just take the plants
from inside to outside, they could die from shock. Although this could
be tried if you have enough and you want to keep the rest inside to
'harden' off. But do not place them ALL outside.. Only try placing them
right outside if you are crazy.
Let the plants stand outside for 1 hour the first day, 2 the next 3 the
next 4 the next, etc. for 2 week periods. Be sure they are NOT in full\
sunlight or they could die <this shocks the plant severely.> After
a period of doing this for 2 weeks, the plant should be strong enough
to leave out for permenent time. Make sure it's out of full sun for
awhile, then try increments of 1 hour the first day, 2 the next, etc.
for a week, and see how it does in full sun. If it starts to die
in semi-sun, it could be it needs more sun. Experiment to see what
it likes. <END>

Very little care is needed after this stage, with the exception of fertilization. For fertilizers, one can use a soluble nitrogen, nitrate of soda, sulfate of ammonia, or rotting garbage. Remember the ground around your plants should be clear of weeds, but strangely enough, insects and marijuana do no harm.
NEGAM SPEAKS: Contrary to what one may think, Miracle Grow and other
chemical fertilizers are actually what you DON'T want to give your
plants mass amounts of. Why? Okay. You obviously want marijuana for
smoking or ingesting, right? Not as a fucking ornamental? Ok, well
chemical fertilizers leach the natural contents of the soil out,
(the organic compounds) thus leaving less essential oils in the plant.
The oils are what help make you stoned. Go to your nursery or
home depot and ask for ORGANIC FERTILIZER. They should know what to
advise you on. Try to get shit that doesn't burn. Kelp & sea mixes are
good, as well as soil formulated organic fertilizer. Follow directions
and you're on your way to a happier, healthier, much more THC packet
marijuana bush!!

Harvesting)-
When the plants are obviously ready to be cut, you must prepare a place for them to dry. The best drying is in the sun, but if you live in the city, it could be embarrasing and dangerous to have five or ten fifteen-foot marajuana trees hanging out of your fire escape. In this case, a sun lamp may be used.
When using the sun, drying usually takes about two weeks. With a sun lamp, the pot is ready after only three or four days. When drying is done, take the leaves and crush them. This will be used as smoke, and you know the story from there.
NEGAM SPEAKS: What? Why the FUCK would you want to dry marijuana
in the SUN? Did you realize that this drains essential oils of
the plant, thus lessening the stoney feeling in you? Try tying the
stalks of marijuana up to a ceiling somewhere where it's dry
and gets plenty of dry air. Or, place the plants in an oven if
there's a pilot light under so it keeps warm. Do not try to turn
on the oven and heat them, this will drain oils as well.
Drying in microwaves is also a very bad idea. I definatly do
not recommend drying marijuana in the sun - enough people
do this but these people know nothing about preserving
chemical compounds in plants.
<END>
NEGAM SPEAKS: Also, when it comes to storing your marijuana,
try to leave the leaves in whole form. I know this is hard,
but when you cut and sift everything, the plant loses its
contents faster through light & air exposure. Store your
marijuana in tight fitting lid glass jars, away from light
and heat. Store them in a dark, dry location. Away from
moisture. <END>
* I have found that when the seeds are first growing, that the rain has almost no effect if there is good enough covering. Otherwise, it may flood. Have
