  3.      actually if you think about overuling the government, taking control,
  4.     of course we are all "busy" workers and have things to do.  so we would
  5.  probably hire someone to collect the money, maybe even have someone run up all
  6. the public deffects/problems. but, believe it or not these peopel we just hired
  7.   now have an extreme amount of power.  remember, we reall don't have time to
  8.  keep track of where the money is going to.  face it, the government idea is a
  9.                                job of the devil.
