  4.   This field determines which of the four functions associated with this
  5.   address are active or inactive. Entering a 'Y' below one of the function
  6.   numbers indicates that this function is to be active. Entering a 'N' below
  7.   one of the function numbers indicates that this function is to be inactive.
  8.   If you select a function as active, you will also select what type of
  9.   function this will be ( Tone only, OTA, or  Numeric ) and whether it is
  10.   to be Priority or Non-Priority. If you select a function as inactive, 
  11.   the corresponding entries in the Function and Priority columns will be
  12.   masked off such that you may not enter them.
