  4.  This field determines if each pager address has Priority Override or not.

  6.  If the address is not active ( 'N' in the Active field ), the
  7.  corresponding entry in the Priority field is masked off ( '.' in the
  8.  Priority field ).
  9.  
  10.  When an address has Priority Override, an incoming page will always alert
  11.  audibly ( even if the pager is in the 'SILENT' mode). Priority Override
  12.  can be selected on any of the pager's Active addresses.
