  4.   If the alert type is unique, then the user is allowed to enter a unique 
  5.   alert for each address.

  7.   Each function has its own alert.  Therefore, each code has four alerts
  8.   that consist of 1 second cadences that are repeated.  Each alert is 
  9.   broken down into 16 time slices, thus each time slice is 1/16 of a second
  10.   long.  A music symbol signifies the alert signal being on for 1/16 of a
  11.   second and the bar symbol signifies the alert signal being off for 1/16
  12.   of a second.
