  13.         not very an elite user.  WE ONLY GO AFTER ELITES, NO PD!

  15.       * Ruin anyones ELITE BULLETIN BOARD.  Example UNDERGROUND
  16.         REALM is now claiming that they are only a PD board, since
  17.         so many PD callers were calling

  19.       * Ruin anyones group.  If we have access to local groups we
  20.         can mess them up.  Example SyS, iLL both are dead or next
  21.         to death now.
