  6.      Well Adjusted Radicals is a new bbs group.  The purpose of WaR is to
  7.      eliminate all "Elite Boards".  
  8.  
  9.      War is founded by Cockroach and Simon Phoenix.  If you want to reach

  13.      War was originally a 714/310 based TEXT GROUP.  WaR couriered and
  14.      published different HPAV text items.  The downfall of WaR TEXT
  15.      was caused by many different local groups.  We had over 13 members
  16.      in our group and it seemed as though we were growing.

  18.      There are 8 members of WaR.  6 of these members are anonymous 
  19.      users.  We have some from 714 areas and 310 areas that infiltrated
  20.      many ELITE BULLETIN BOARDS.  3 members of this group are originals
  21.      I Cockroach managed to get on a few elite bulletin boards
  22.      in the area on another handle, of course.

  24.      Now the reason we decided to wait so long to put out our long awaited
  25.      PAK is for our members to infiltrate elite bulletin boards in order
  26.      to get established in the elite community.

  28.      On September 13 1994, WAR has written and called the SPA to report
  29.      4 boards that carry COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE.  3 boards are from the 
  30.      310 area code and 1 board is from the 714 area code.  The reason
  31.      WaR targeted these boards is because they managed to blacklist and
  32.      intimidate WaR.  We wanted revenge, and WaR has gotten revenge.
  33.      The letter written to the SPA is a user who has a criminal justice
  34.      degree.

  71.      going on with them.  Some of these boards will either stay up or
  72.      go down, it depends if SPA will take any action.  
  73.      As you will be able to see we left our handles and the passwords we use 
  74.      so that SPA can use them.  Don't worry we have at least 2 informants on 
  75.      each of the aboved mentioned boards, so you are going to get yours.  Our
  76.      informants says that only a few of these boards have CONSOLES, yet
  77.      in our letter we said that all boards have CONSOLE, so that they
  78.      can actually get to work on shutting the boards down.  I don't know
  79.      when we are going to release this pak, but the system operators better
  80.      check their users list and weed out people, but it will probably
  81.      be too late.
