  17. Epson Salt
  18. Sugar (cane, not powdered)

  20.    How to make it

  22. 1) Mix:        3 parts sugar                  
  23.            ----------------------                                   
  24.             6 parts epson salts
  25.  
  26. 2) Put in a tin can, and onto a low flame (like a lighter)

  28. 3) Let it melt and then harden.
  29.  
  30. 4) Put in a fuse before it becomes a solid.

  32. 5) Light and run like hell 'cause 4 pounds will fill a city block...

  34.    Uses (think)
  35.  
  36. 1. Put it in tha gym and no P.E. class.
  37. 2. Break up a Basketball game with about 1/2-one pound.
  38. 3. Carry a small amount (ping-pong ball size) with a fuse and set it off in 
  39.    tha school office.
  40. 4. Cause a few traffic accidents.
  41. 5. Lite a brick of this stuff and drag it behind your car when someone is 
  42.    chasing you.
