  12. The following is from the CIA Black Book, Volume 3 page 15.  It probably
  13. infringes many copyright rules, but fu*k it!
  14.  
  15. First make some Potassium Chlorate/Sulfur Explosives.  Here's how:
  16.   1. Mix together the following:
  17.       2 parts Potassium Chlorate
  18.       1 part Aluminum Powder
  19.       1 part Sulfur Powder
  20.      All parts are my mass.  I've made it without the Aluminum, but it's
  21.      much better if you do it with the Al.
  22.   2. Mix well.  Mix very well.
  23. Next, obtain a little section of threaded water pipe and two end caps.
  24. Thread one end cap on, and fill 1/4 fill with steel ball bearings (it
  25. doesn't really matter what size or anything, but I've found that smaller
  26. ones work better.)
  27. Fill the rest with the Potassium Chlorate/Sulfur mixture, and screw on the
  28. other end cap.
  29. NOTE: Maintain a loose mixture between the ball bearings and explosive by
  30. not overtamping the explosive into the pipe.  This will allow the ball
  31. bearings to move and impace together.
  32. Gently tumble the pipe between the hands to mix the ball bearings with the
  33. explosive.
  34. When ready to use, throw against or near the target area.
