  7.      Tha phone bomb is an explosive device that has been used in tha past
  8. to kill or injure a specific individual.  Tha basic idea is simple: when tha
  9. person answers tha phone, tha bomb explodes.  
  10.  
  11.      If a small but powerful high explosive device with a squib was placed 
  12. in tha phone receiver, when tha current flowed through tha receiver, tha 
  13. squib would explode, detonating tha high explosive in tha person's hand.  
  14. Nasty.  All that has to be done is acquire a squib. UNPLUG THA PHONE!!!
  15. Unscrew tha mouthpiece cover, and remove tha speaker, and connect tha squib's
  16. leads where it was.  Place a high explosive putty, such as C-1 in tha 
  17. receiver, and screw tha cover on, making sure that tha squib is surrounded by
  18. tha C-1.  Hang tha phone up,and plug it back in.  When tha individual to whom
  19. tha phone belongs attempts to answer tha phone, he will pick up tha receiver.
  20. This will allow current to flow through tha squib.  Note that tha device will
  21. not explode by merely making a phone call; tha owner of tha phone must lift 
  22. up tha receiver.
