  10. This project is much like the "Stinger Missile" except it is much like a 
  11. flare instead of a missile...The materials you need to make this project are:
  12.  
  13. Gun Powder
  14. "C" Rocket Engine (with least delay)
  15. Cardboard tube inside of toilet paper
  16. Masking or Duck Tape
  17. Metal Tube
  18.  
  19. Procedure:
  20.         To make this project, first, get the C engine and attach a fuse to the
  21. bottom....Then, wrap the engine with the cardboard making it fit perfectly by
  22. cutting the cardboard and taping it around the engine.....There will be space
  23. above the engine...In this space, pack the gun powder into it...Here is a
  24. diagram of what the inside of the cardboard should look like:

  38. Then, wrap the whole thing with the Duck tape.... Put it in the metal tube, 
  39. lite it and watch....Have phun
