  6. I will tell you two ways to make these.  Tha first is when you have welding 
  7. equipment and tha second is when you don't (dur).
  8.  
  9. Materials:
  10.  
  11. Two nailz (about 6 inches) (for each CALTROPS)
  12. Welding equipment
  13. Hammer
  14. Something with an edge on it to pound on (anvil, cement slab, etc.)
  15. Grinder (or file)
  16. Saw
  17.  
  18. 1. Saw off tha end of each nail that you hammer on (tha flat head).
  19. 2. Then grind (or file) it to a point.  It should look like this:

  23. 3. Weld tha two together at tha middle.  It should look like this:

  37. 4. Now you notice it does not lay flat.  Take tha hammer and pound it down so
  38.  it looks like this:

  43. 5. Now lay it on tha edge and pound tha nailz so they all bend upward.

  52.    That is it.  Now lay it on tha road (spikes up) and don't go down that 
  53. street for a while.  Someone will hit it and it will pop their tire.  If not 
  54. it will stay in tha tire for a while then fall out and it will slowly leak 
  55. air.

  57. Materials:

  59. One nail (for each one)
  60. Hammer
  61. Saw
  62. Grinder (or file)
  63. Edge
  64. Pipe (optional)

  66. 1. Take tha nail and cut off tha head.
  67. 2. File it to a point.
  68. 3. Pound tha nail around tha pipe to make a horse-shoe-shape.
  69.                         Or
  70. 3. Pound it on tha edge to make it in an angle of 90 degrees or more.

  74.    I use tha horse shoe because tha nailz usually don't break while doing it 
  75. and if dropped outta car it tends to land right.

  77. 4. Then pound it to bend up tha ends.

  79.                           How to use them
  80.  
  81.    First find tha road.  Then set them down when tha tire usually are (like 
  82. not in tha middle).  Make sure that tha horse shoe is facing away.  Ya know, 
  83. spikes are away from traffic.

  91.   This makes it so it goes into tha tires and not just hit and fling it outta tha
  92. way.  Cause if they hit it wrong it just flies.

  94.    Place tha X shapes like an X and not a +.

  101.    Well, that is it.  Now don't go down that road for a while.  If you do, 
  102. try to remember where you put them.  With some phriends (if ya have any) ya 
  103. can mass produce these things.  I always wanted to see what would happen if I
  104. put about ten of these in each lane of tha busiest street in town.  There is
  105. a major traffic jam waiting to happen.
