  3. If you live where there are underground lines then you willebe 
  4. able to ruin someone's phone life very easily. Alleyou must do is 
  5. go to their house and find the green junctionebox that interfaces 
  6. their line (and possibly some others in the neighborhood) with the 
  7. major lines. These canebe found just about anywhere but they are 
  8. usually underneath the nearest phone pole. Take a socket wrench 
  9. and loosen the nut on the right. Then just take clippers or a 
  10. sledge hammer or a bomb and destroy the insides and pulleup their 
  11. phone cable. Now cut it into segments so it can'tebe fixed but 
  12. must be replaced (There is a week's worth of work for 'em!!)
