  2. Please do the following:
  3.  
  4. 1. -Copy- or unzip All of your .EXE and .COM virus files into a directory.
  5.  
  6.    (Lets say you copy them into a directory called c:\virus
  7.  
  8. 2. Copy the TBWEEDER.EXE and the TBWEEDER.DAT into A directory
  9.    (lets say c:\tbweeder
  10.  
  11. 3. Go to the TBWEEDER directory and type  TBWEEDER c:\virus /add /del
  12.  
  13. This will delete all of the files I already have and you can zip only
  14. those files that I need.
  15.  
  16. If you do this I can do the same for you.
  17.  
  18. Copy the TBWEEDER.EXE (only) Leave out the .DAT file)
  19. From that directory type  TBWEEDER c:\yourvirusdir#1  /ADD
  20.  
  21. You can repeat this on all of your virus directorys and the .DAT
  22. file will be made for your files.  You can send this to me and I will run
  23. it against my files to weed the dupes.

  25. If you want to clean your files from dupes just run it on all of your
  26. directorys TBWEEDER c:\yourvirusdir#1 /DEL /ADD
  27.  
  28. OR after you have your .DAT file made you can clean dupes in your directorys
  29. by TBWEEDER c:\yourvirusdir#1 /add /del
  30.  
  31. IF you get a collection in from someone else you can unzip them into a
  32. directory called c:\newvirus  and type TBWEEDER c:\newvirus /add /del
  33.  
  34. This will delete all of the newfiles you already have.

  37. this'll make it easy for us to exchange zoos.  I only have executables to 
  38. offer for now.  I have a little source but it's on another machine.  I 
  39. currently have around 2146 samples in my zoo of executables.
