  50.                 Distributor Override Schedule Example:
  51. Agent purchases 100  $10.00 cards for resale direct to consumers - Agent
  52. earns entire markup on cost.  Group Manager to whom Agent is payable earns
  53. 5% residual in the USAGE COST at which Agent made his purchase (i.e.; 100
  54. cards X $10.00 ea = $1000 less 25% discount = 5% of $750.00, or $37.50
  55. residual.)

  57. Card recharge commission  percentage is same as above less two cents per min.
