  6.                           Installation Pro License
  7.  
  8.          Installation Pro (herein referred to as IPro) is not public 
  9.          domain software, nor is it free software.
  10.  
  11.          IPro is copyright (C) 1990-1995 by BMB Software.
  12.  
  13.          Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
  14.          IPro and on a trial basis for the purpose of determining 
  15.          whether IPro is suitable for their needs.  Use of IPro, except 
  16.          for this limited purpose, requires registration.  Use of 
  17.          non-registered copies of IPro by any person, business, 
  18.          corporation, governmental agency or other entity institution 
  19.          is strictly forbidden. 
  20.          
  21.          Installation programs generated by IPro may not be used to
  22.          distribute software unless IPro is registered.  Registration
  23.          grants a user the right to generate any number of installation
  24.          programs provided that the installation programs are used
  25.          solely to install the registrants software; i.e., software
  26.          developed by the registrant or licensed by the registrant.

  28.          Registration grants a user the right to use IPro only on
  29.          a single computer; a registered user may use the program on 
  30.          a different computer, but may not use the program on more 
  31.          than one computer at the same time.
  32.  
  33.          No one may modify IPro in any way, including but not limited 
  34.          to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse engineering
  35.          the program.
  36.  
  37.          All users are granted a limited license to copy IPro only for 
  38.          the trial use of others subject to the above limitations, and 
  39.          also the following:

  41.               IPro must be copied in unmodified form, complete with 
  42.               the files containing license and ordering information. 
  43.               
  44.               The full IPro documentation must be included with the 
  45.               copy.
  46.  
  47.               No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  48.               requested by any licensee.
  49.  
  50.               IPro may not be distributed in conjunction with any other 
  51.               product. 
  52.  
  53.          Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may 
  54.          post IPro for downloading by their users only as long as the
  55.          above conditions are met.
  56.  
  57.          Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
  58.          distribute copies of IPro subject to the above conditions.
