Installation Pro License
Installation Pro (herein referred to as IPro) is not public
domain software, nor is it free software.
IPro is copyright (C) 1990-1995 by BMB Software.
Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
IPro and on a trial basis for the purpose of determining
whether IPro is suitable for their needs. Use of IPro, except
for this limited purpose, requires registration. Use of
non-registered copies of IPro by any person, business,
corporation, governmental agency or other entity institution
is strictly forbidden.
Installation programs generated by IPro may not be used to
distribute software unless IPro is registered. Registration
grants a user the right to generate any number of installation
programs provided that the installation programs are used
solely to install the registrants software; i.e., software
developed by the registrant or licensed by the registrant.
Registration grants a user the right to use IPro only on
a single computer; a registered user may use the program on
a different computer, but may not use the program on more
than one computer at the same time.
No one may modify IPro in any way, including but not limited
to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse engineering
the program.
All users are granted a limited license to copy IPro only for
the trial use of others subject to the above limitations, and
also the following:
IPro must be copied in unmodified form, complete with
the files containing license and ordering information.
The full IPro documentation must be included with the
copy.
No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
requested by any licensee.
IPro may not be distributed in conjunction with any other
product.
Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may
post IPro for downloading by their users only as long as the
above conditions are met.
Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
distribute copies of IPro subject to the above conditions.
