MAKING A MACERATE
More often known as making an oil. Sunflowwer oil or sesame oil is best
since it has very little odor
2 ways of macerating the herb
1) With Heat - Bring the mixture gently up to hot and then allow it to cool.
Do this several times until you feel it is ready then strain it all.
2) With Patience - let the mixture sit for anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months
then strain it all.
