  28.               I'm sorry to say, but it's over. It's time we quit.
  29.                this has gone on too long. I have decided to pull
  30.                the plug, take cancer off life support. It's time
  31.                 we all see what is left, and then call it quits.
  32.                  No one likes to see a good thing end, and I am
  33.                   so sorry that I am the one that has to break
  34.                    the news to you. But it is better me than
  35.                      some stupid rumor that has been passed
  36.                       all around that cancer is dead, that
  37.                         cancer was fake, that we sucked,
  38.                           that everyone quit, and all
  39.                             those other things that
  40.                              I have heard over the
  41.                               past weeks. I think
  42.                                our members simply
  43.                                 gave up and what
  44.                                 began as a poor
  45.                                  month, lead to

  62.                    I've had a great time, and all you guys in CNC
  63.                    still know how much I love ya and now much
  64.                    I really care. I think of you all every day and
  65.                    I look forward to meeting you all in person. I
  66.                    will never forget the great time that we have
  67.                    had on CoD, on the phone, or even for some of
  68.                    you at my house, and I hope all of you have
  69.                    fond memories of me and everything that CNC
  70.                    has done in the past.

  72.     * One final note: If you have heard anything about CoD closing, it is
  73.          true. I have had it with the art scene. A lot of that crap that
  74.          is being said and even the quality of my board has made me decide
  75.          to quit. If you want, I'll have leech access given to everyone
  76.          for the last week. I'm down as of JUNE 30. I will disconnect the
  77.          phone line and get to use my computer to play DOOM and TETRIS
