INSTRUCTIONS:
* To pass the test, correctly answer seven of the ten quiz questions (below),
or have at least one continuous minute of solid copy on your copy sheet
from the test transmission itself.
* All papers used to administer the code test must be collected by the VE's.
* Print each answer exactly as it was sent. For example, if the station
location was sent as "WEST VA", the answer must be "WEST VA", not "WEST
VIRGINIA" or "W. VIRGINIA". If we ask for the city and you put both the
city and state, though, this will not be counted as wrong, unless the
additional information that is included is different from what was sent.
* Remember, of the two call signs in the exchange, the first call sign is the
receiving station and the second call sign is the transmitting station.
* Print legibly; put your answers in the blanks at right.
* You may proceed with the test. Good luck!
