  9. You can spend up to 5 hours online during the current calendar month,
  10. exploring the Internet, participating in conferences, downloading files,
  11. etc.  If you connect via Tymnet or SprintNet, the 5 for $5 offer covers
  12. evening/weekend access only, with the regular daytime rates still in
  13. effect ($9 per hour).  If you connect via telnet or direct dial, you can
  14. use your 5 hours anytime.

  16. If you decide to use more than 5 hours during that first month, the
  17. rates are $1.80 per additional hour via Tymnet, SprintNet, or direct
  18. dial; and $1 per additional hour via telnet.

  20. At the end of the calendar month, you will be enrolled in BIX's standard
  21. $13.00 per month membership plan and normal BIX connect rates will
  22. apply.

  24. Further along in the registration procedure, normal BIX rates will be
  25. explained as well as our special 20/20 telecom plan.  If you choose to
  26. join the 20/20 telecom plan, it will go into effect when you become
  27. enrolled in BIX's standard $13.00 per month membership plan at the end
  28. of the calendar month.

  30. Please note that our 5 for $5 offer applies to the CALENDAR month, so
  31. that if your account is activated on the 28th, you will be enrolled in
  32. the standard $13.00 per month membership plan on the 1st of the
  33. following month, just a few days later.  If you do not wish to continue
  34. as a member after your trial, you should send e-mail to username
  35. bixbilling or call BIX Member Services.

  38. designed for Members connecting to BIX from within the 48 contiguous
  39. United States. If you choose to connect from elsewhere, normal connect
  40. rates will apply.
