  6. EXNET is used by ISU extension workers, ISU faculty and staff, farmers,
  7. businesses, educational groups, media, and other organizations.

  9. EXNET has been designed to provide a ready source of real-time data,
  10. reference materials, educational information, newsletters, news
  11. releases, announcements and other information needed by the public. One
  12. of the primary services available on EXNET is electronic mail. It is
  13. possible to send electronic mail to any other user of EXNET.

  15. EXNET is a dynamic system with changes or updates daily. Information is
  16. accumulated on a regular basis by University Staff and other sources
  17. such as up to the minute weather from the National Weather Service.

  20. with a personal computer or terminal, and modem.
