  14. :- their DEPARTMENT (optional), 
  15. :- the ORGANISATION they work for, and 
  16. :- the COUNTRY in which the organisation is based.

  19. directory service.  Please type ?INTRO (or ?intro) if you are not familiar 
  20. with the Directory Service.
