  7. organsiations into the Directory and then to add, modify or delete
  8. entries.  It is seen as an ideal way to help SMEs (small to medium size
  9. enterprises) actively participate in the pilot, as well as a tool to
  10. allow users in large organisations to have limited access to their own
  11. entries.
