  6. Welcome to THE TEMPORARY BBS!  This bbs is really cool in that it may go
  7. down, up, or even away forever at any moment with or without prior
  8. warning or consent.

  10. This BBS is running BETA SITE software and revs will change frequently.
  11. It's also running on a 3/50 with 4 megs of ram and a wimpy 90Mb hard
  12. drive. That translates into REALLY SLOW.

  14. The software running is the Pirates BBS software Version 2.0.  This
  15. version containes lots of performance and storage enhancements (we hope)
  16. from version 1.0, and a few really neat embellishments here and there.

  18. The version 2.0 code was (is being) written by Barry Boes.  If you find

  20. BBS.
