  1. Problems in the first rel of VCIIIDIG chip and logic
  2. for 018x key reader as follows

  4. Remove 74ls123 chips between the 74ls193 counter the 
  5. problem is at these chips will sometime retrigger
  6. giving bad delay and burst counts.

  9. from u5 pin 13 to u7 pin 4
  10. from u1 pin 13 to u3 pin 3
  11. from u3 pin 13 to u4 pin 4

  13. New delay and burst counts as follows

  16. 05 for burst counts
