  6. COMMUNICATIONS FEES

  8. Fax transmission fees are assessed on all services.  Outbound Fax Transmissions 
  9. within the United States are rounded to one tenth of a minute.  International rates 
  10. vary by country and are rounded to the minute.  Contact E-FAX for country specific 
  11. rates.   All prices are quoted on a per minute basis.  "Receiver Initiated Fax 
  12. Transmissions"  apply only to Fax Mail services where the receiver initiates the 
  13. phone call to E-FAX.  Inbound access applies only to Fax-on-Request and includes 
  14. voice access and fax transmission connect time.
