  6. immitation crab, here's the answer:

  8. Ingredients:  Alaskan Pollock Fish, Pollock Water, Potato Starch, Sugar, 
  9. Tapioca Starch, Egg White, Soy Bean Oil, and 2% or less of the following:
  10. Mirin Wine, Soy Protein Isolate, Calcium, Salt and Added Color.
