February 20, 1993 Rev. A. J. Teel., Sui Juris
c/o [xxxxx]
The President of the United States of America
Mr. William Jefferson Clinton
c/o 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Northwest
Washington, District of Columbia, U.S.A.
Postal Zone: 20500
c/o Phone: (202) 456-1414
Dear President Clinton:
I urge you to take this communication as seriously as you
have ever taken anything in your life. PLEASE read and understand
this letter. You have stated how much it meant to you to have met
President Kennedy and that you cherish that meeting that we have
all seen on film. Here is a quote from that inspiring man:
"The high office of President has been used to foment a
plot to destroy the American's freedom, and before I
leave office I must inform the citizen of his plight. -
John F. Kennedy at Columbia University, (10 days before
his assassination)
I hope that this means as much to you as it means to me... As for
what
he was going to reveal, I quote an earlier presidential source:
'In 1836, President Andrew Jackson forced the
closing of the Second <National> Bank of the U.S. by
revoking Its Charter. He is said to have been met by
the Money Changers Who approached Him in the Drawing
Room of the White House, whereupon The President is
said to have stated:
"Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long
time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of
the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the
country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst
you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You
tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and
annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families.
That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin!
Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand
families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of
vipers and thieves. I have determined to rout you out,
and by the Eternal God, I will rout you out!"'
At that time, President Jackson accomplished his goal;
although it did not last. Just a few years after that event:
"My agency in promoting the passage of the National
Bank Act was the greatest financial mistake of my life.
It has built up a monopoly which affects every interest
in the country. It should be repealed, but before that
can be accomplished, the people will be arrayed on one
side and the banks on the other, in a contest such as
we have never before seen in this country." Salmon P.
Chase (1862) [ <-- 1862!!! ]
Once again, we have the same bankers running things and it is
even worse now.
"I never thought the Federal Reserve System would prove
such a failure. The country is in a state of
irretrievable bankruptcy." Senator Carter Glass (1983)
The problem of the national debt and other issues of
monetary concern is not taxation or spending; it is the corrupt
and oppressive system of monetary imperialism known as the
Federal Reserve.
"We are completely dependent on the commercial Banks.
Someone has to borrow every dollar we have in
circulation, cash or credit. If the Banks create ample
synthetic money we are prosperous; if not, we starve.
We are absolutely without a permanent money system.
When one gets a complete grasp of the picture, the
tragic absurdity of our hopeless position is almost
incredible, but there it is. It is the most important
subject intelligent persons can investigate and reflect
upon. It is so important that our present civilization
may collapse unless it becomes widely understood and
the defects remedied soon." Robert H. Hemphill, Credit
Manager of Federal Reserve Bank, Atlanta, Georgia.
"In the United States today we have in effect two
governments ... We have the duly constituted Government
... Then we have an independent, uncontrolled and
uncoordinated government of the Federal Reserve System,
operating the money powers which are reserved to
Congress by the Constitution." Congressman Wright
Patman, Chairman, House Banking Committee
"Whoever controls the volume of money in any country is
absolute master of all commerce and industry." President
Garfield
"If ever again our nation stumbles upon unfunded paper,
it shall surely be like death to our body politic.
This country will crash." President George Washington
We must understand this and take action. No time is left to
waste! The original intent of our monetary system was to
strengthen a healthy economy.
It is apparent from the whole context of the
Constitution as well as the history of the times which
gave birth to it, that it was the purpose of the
Convention to establish a currency consisting of the
precious metals. These were adopted by a permanent
rule excluding the use of a perishable medium of
exchange, such as certain agricultural commodities
recognized by the statutes of some States as tender for
debts, or the still more pernicious expedient of paper
currency." President Andrew Jackson, 8th Annual Message
to Congress (Dec 5, 1836)
Now, that intent has become to defraud THE PEOPLE of all of their
wealth. Just look at the evolution our currency has taken:
"Redeemable in gold on demand at the United States
Treasury or in gold or lawful money at any Federal
Reserve Bank." Series 1928 Federal Reserve Note
"This note is legal tender for all debts public and
private and is redeemable in lawful money at the United
States Treasury or at any Federal Reserve Bank." Series
1934 Federal Reserve Note
"This note is legal tender for all debts, public and
private." Series 1963 Federal Reserve Note
We must do something about this runaway system. Congress and,
You, Mr. President, must halt this.
"The banks -- commercial banks and the Federal Reserve
-- create all the money of this nation and its people
pay interest on every dollar of that newly created
money. Which means that private banks exercise
unconstitutionally, immorally, and ridiculously the
power to tax the people. For every newly created
dollar dilutes to some extent the value of every other
dollar already in circulation." Congressman Jerry
Voorhis.
"A great industrial Nation is controlled by its system
of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The
growth of the Nation and all our activities are in the
hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the
worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and
dominated Governments in the world -- no longer a
Government of free opinion, no longer a government of
conviction and vote of the majority, but a Government
by the opinion and duress of small groups of dominant
men." President Woodrow Wilson
"While boasting of our noble deeds, we are careful to
conceal the ugly fact that by an iniquitous money
system we have nationalized a system of oppression
which, though more refined, is not less cruel than the
old system of chattel slavery." Horace Greeley
Finally, some of the most convincing evidence of all may be
found from the mouth of the oppressor himself. The following
words were not intended to be found out by anyone not already "in
the club" i.e. a leading banker; but here they are anyway:
"THE BANKER'S MANIFEST: Capital must protect itself in
every way, through combination and through legislation.
Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages
foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process
of law the common people lost their homes, they will be
more tractable and more easily governed by the strong
arm of the law, applied by the central power of wealth,
under control of leading financiers. People without
homes will not quarrel with their leaders. This is
well known among our principal men now engaged in
forming an imperialism of capital to govern the world.
By dividing the people we can get them to expend their
energies in fighting over questions of no importance to
us except as teachers of the common herd. Thus, by
discreet action we can secure for ourselves what has
been generally planned and successfully accomplished."
Banker's Manifest, "Civil Servants' Year Book (The
Organizer)" Jan 1934 & "New American" Feb 1934
President Jefferson knew this LONG BEFORE that time:
"If the American people ever allow the banks to control
issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then
by deflation, the banks and corporations that grow up
around them will deprive the people of all property
until their children will wake up homeless on the
continent their fathers occupied." President Thomas
Jefferson
And they did what they set out to do...
"Who could have forseen that between 1923 and 1929, the
Federal Reserve would print up a 62 per cent inflation
and then suddenly stop, whiplashing the country into
the crash of '29, followed by a numbing depression that
lasted more than a decade?" "Miracle on Main Street"
No group could cause us more harm than this one. The destruction
of the several States will be from within not from without.
"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous
to our liberties than standing armies." President
Thomas Jefferson
"Those who create and issue money and credit direct the
policies of government and hold in the hollow of their
hands the destiny of the people." Rt. Hon. Reginald
McKenna, Secretary of the Exchequer, Midland Bank of
England (1920)
Please take this information to heart and do something.
Abolish the Fed. Place the country back on precious metals.
Repeal the income tax. Cut government spending. Something...
Raising taxes is NOT the answer! The people do not need to be
taxed. The money system needs to be fixed. I send you this with
the deepest sincerity.
IF CHANGE IS WHAT YOU WANT TO CAUSE, THEN START BY CHANGING
THE MOST CORRUPT AREA OF OUR MODERN WORLD: OUR MONETARY SUPPLY!
With deepest regards for your difficult position, sincerely,

As our gifted forefather once said: "Though written constitutions may be
violated in moments of passion or delusion, yet they furnish a text to
which those who are watchful may AGAIN rally and recall the people; they
fix to for the people the principals of their political creed." --Thomas
