  41.              to interface with a MOT Mircotac, and supposedly,
  42.              scans the channels to monitor the the frequency, this
  43.              also may be a simple form of a DDi, (digital Data
  44.              interface) which is used to read the RCC (reverse
  45.              control channel). *The RCC is a channel the fone 
  46.              uses to communicate with the tower, ESN/MIN/SCM
  47.              data is xfered through this chan.
