  9.     BACKSTAT.NA is a weekly status report prepared by the North American
  10.     Backbone.  It is distributed in the BACKBONE file echo and posted in
  11.     the Z1_BACKBONE echo.  It summarizes BACKBONE.NA additions, deletions
  12.     and requests, as well as North American Backbone contacts.  The cutoff
  13.     for weekly changes is midnight Friday night, and the file will be
  14.     published the following Sunday.

  16.     Further information about the North American Backbone's distribution
  17.     system can be found in the BOFAQ (North American Backbone Frequently
  18.     Asked Questions) file which is updated monthly.  Additional sources of
  19.     information:
