  21. This program is sold following the rules of the shareware concept.

  23. The shareware version of ZENCRY, which can be recognized by the message 
  24. "Unregistered shareware version" when the program is started, may be freely
  25. distributed, as long as it is complete. It may not be altered in any kind or
  26. distributed by public domain distribution companies without further inquiry.
  27. Further on it is not allowed to modify the program or parts of it
  28. or to disassemble the program or document.

  30. The shareware concept gives the user the chance to use the program for a 
  31. trial period of 14 days and allows him to determine its suitability. 
  32. After this period the user must register each copy of ZENCRY that runs
  33. simultaneously.

  35. ZINCWARE SOFTWARE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AS TO THIS SOFTWARE,
  36. WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITHOUT EVEN LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED
  37. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
  38. FUNCTIONALITY, DATA INTEGRITY OR PROTECTION.

  41. particular purpose, either expressed or implied, all of which are hereby
  42. explicitly disclaimed.

  45. indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, 
  46. even if Zincware software or an agent of Zincware software has been
  47. advised of the possibility of such damages. Use it at your own risk.

  50. use of the program by the user or which were caused by properties of the
  51. operating system on which the program runs.

  55. How do I register ZENCRY?
  56.  
  57. There are some ways of registering :
  58. - registration with the registration form, file name order.txt
  59.   generated by ZENCRY, mail to Zincware.
  60. - registration via E-MAIL
  61. In the first case fill out the registration form and send it to the author.
  62. In the second case you need a INTERNET account.

  64. The registration fee for ZENCRY amounts to US$18 for each copy,
  65. this applies to all operating systems ,Dos, Win95.
  66. From 3 to 10 copies registration fee, US$16 for each copies.
  67. 11 or more copies registration fee, US$10 for each copies.

  83. Differences between the shareware version and the registered version:

  85. In the unregistered shareware version the message 'Shareware version'
  86. does appear on the caption.
