  5.         These are the rules, they are sweet and simple.
  6.  
  7.  - All nodes must poll there hubs twice a week.  (more is preferable, but
  8.  you don't have too.)
  9.  
  10.  - All nodes must atleast export 10 messages a week. (I will not remove
  11.  anyone from DarknessNet for not doing so.)
  12.  
  13.  - All hubs must poll the WHQ twice a week. (More is preferable, but you
  14.  do not have to.)
  15.  
  16.  - All Hubs must send there nodes a new nodelist as soon as they are
  17.  recieved.
  18.  
  19.  - All Nodes must have the network package available for download for all
  20.  callers.
  21.  
  22.  - Profanity is permitted and not censored, but posts should not go
  23.  overboard with it, if this happens the user should be restricted to the
  24.  net.
  25.  
  26.  - ShAdOWhAWk and MiRAGE's decision is final.
  27.  
  28.  - If there are any change that need to be made in the nodelist please
  29.  inform Shadowhawk, for all nodelist will only be made by him.

  31. If you have any problems with these rules, then i recommend that you don't
  32. join, but if you have no problems, then fill out the application and send
