----------------------------------------------Another ViG! PPE----------------
01: Registration code (000000 if not registered).
02: Area code(s) to lock out, 0 to disable. Separate each area code with a
SINGLE space (as many as you want).
03: Level needed to vote on new users.
04: Security levels.
Token 1: Level to give user who is voted IN.
Token 2: Level to give user who is voted OUT. A setting of -1 will delete
the user, and a setting of -2 will delete the user and add the
name to PCB's TCAN file, effectively locking him/her out.
05: Yes/No votes.
Token 1: Number of YES votes required for validation.
Token 2: Number of NO votes required for deletion.
06: Landslide config.
Token 1: Level to give user voted in by a landslide.
Token 2: Landslide threshold percent. Percentage of yes votes needed to be
awarded sec level in Token 1 of this option. If for instance you
set YES VOTES REQUIRED to 10, this option to 90, and they get
voted in by 10:1 (which would make 90.9%), this is a 'landslide'
and they will be given landslide security.
07: Allow voters to ABSTAIN from voting (yes|no).
08: Hangup on new users after completing all infoforms (yes|no).
09: Save infoforms of validated users for use with INFOHUNT.PPE. With this
utility, you can easily view all the infoforms of your users long after
they have been validated (yes|no).
10: Force voters to vote on everyone before they may quit (yes|no).
11: This line determines the maximum people allowed in NUV at one time AND it
must be GREATER THAN the amount of entries in your PWRD file (how many
different sec levels you have). MAKE SURE YOU SET THIS NUMBER HIGH ENOUGH
SO THAT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THAT MANY NEW USERS AT ONE TIME! I should have
just kept this hardcoded <shrug>.
12: Security level to view Feedback, 0=don't save feedback as an infoform
at all. If this is non-zero, the new users' letter to the sysop will be
saved as an infoform so you can see it while logging on and voting,
instead of deleting the user and finding out later when you go through
the message bases that he had a good reason to get validated. :)
13: Number of infoforms (max=15).
14: Form #1: Title (color codes OK, don't exceed 28 chars DISPLAYABLE text)
15: Token 1: Level needed to view this form while voting
Token 2: Is this infoform manditory (yes|no)
Token 3: Force input on this infoform (yes|no)
16: Form #2: Title (color codes OK, don't exceed 28 chars DISPLAYABLE text)
17: Token 1: Level needed to view this form while voting
Token 2: Is this infoform manditory (yes|no)
Token 3: Force input on this infoform (yes|no)
18: Form #3: Title (color codes OK, don't exceed 28 chars DISPLAYABLE text)
19: Token 1: Level needed to view this form while voting
Token 2: Is this infoform manditory (yes|no)
Token 3: Force input on this infoform (yes|no)
20: Form #4: Title (color codes OK, don't exceed 28 chars DISPLAYABLE text)
21: Token 1: Level needed to view this form while voting
Token 2: Is this infoform manditory (yes|no)
Token 3: Force input on this infoform (yes|no)
etc for each infoform you want..
