  25. 01: Registration code (000000 if not registered).

  27. 02: Area code(s) to lock out, 0 to disable.  Separate each area code with a 
  28.     SINGLE space (as many as you want).

  33.     Token 1: Level to give user who is voted IN.
  34.     Token 2: Level to give user who is voted OUT.  A setting of -1 will delete
  35.              the user, and a setting of -2 will delete the user and add the

  58. 10: Force voters to vote on everyone before they may quit (yes|no).

  60. 11: This line determines the maximum people allowed in NUV at one time AND it
  61.     must be GREATER THAN the amount of entries in your PWRD file (how many
  62.     different sec levels you have).  MAKE SURE YOU SET THIS NUMBER HIGH ENOUGH
  63.     SO THAT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THAT MANY NEW USERS AT ONE TIME!  I should have
  64.     just kept this hardcoded <shrug>.

  66. 12: Security level to view Feedback, 0=don't save feedback as an infoform
  67.     at all.  If this is non-zero, the new users' letter to the sysop will be
  68.     saved as an infoform so you can see it while logging on and voting,
  69.     instead of deleting the user and finding out later when you go through
  70.     the message bases that he had a good reason to get validated. :)
