  7.         now if the config file is missing, it will create a default one!

  11.  (+) -- installed a procedure where it will show a pop-up window in the
  12.         local screen (the sysop's screen) and display what the users p/w is,
  13.         and what the user has inputted if wrong!

  15.  (*) -- If the users city contained pcb colour codes, the alegin fucked up..
  16.         the ppe will now stip any colour codes before printing to screen.

  18.  (+) -- the prompt "(c)ontinue  (r)e-enter handle" has now been changed to
  19.         litebar.. this is because phoenix(synth) LOVES litebars ;)

  21.  (*) -- the cheap plug "trip^in" at the end of the ppe has now been taken off
  22.         for your/mine convinience!

  24.  (+) -- more configurable meaning, theres more lines which are read in the
  25.         configuration file!
