Labels:text | screenshot | font OCR: Help QWK Mail System The QWK mailer available on the BBS will allow you to download archived mail (from message areas that you select) for reading after you have disconnected from the BBS. You will need to have an offline mail reader installed on your computer before you can use the QWK mail packets assembled by the BBS. The BBS will build a mail packet containing new messages and update your "last-read" message pointers so that you are not sent the same mail twice. Your QWK reader will make a reply packet with your answers, this packet is uploaded (using the QWK menu option> the next time that you call the BBS .
