  8.  coded about 4 and a half months ago but I never released it because the
  9.  packaging and shit is what takes the most time.

  15.  + You can now limit how many bulletins are processed. This means if you have
  16.    50 bulletins, and you dont want a huge news file, you can configure
  17.    Sicknews to process only the first X amount of bulletins. If you dont care
  18.    about the size of your news file, just enter "0" for unlimited.
