  165.        <1>  The  names here must be "EXACTLY" as they appear in  your
  166.             configuration setups,  including capital letters,  spaces
  167.             and punctuation.

  169.        <2>  This is the total  cost of all the programs you are going
  170.             to register before any discounts.

  172.        <3>  This is discount you receive when registering more than a
  173.             single program.   The deduction listed is subtracted from
  174.             the <2> value.  For example, if you were registering OLMS
  175.             and SportsDirect, the total price would be SEK 340 and the
  176.             discount would be SEK 25 for registering two packages.

  178.        <4>  The upgrade discount only applies to those users who have
  179.             registered OLMS/Shareware and are upgrading to one of the
  180.             OLMS/Professional packages (3, 10 or 250 node).   If this
  181.             applies to you, can apply for a SEK 170 discount here. For
  182.             this discount to be accepted,  you must place your serial
  183.             number from OLMS/Shareware in the comments section.

  185.        <5>  If registering by a EuroCheque, please make it payable to

  188.        <6>  If you are paying to our Postal Giro (CCP) from any other 
  189.             country than Sweden, SEK 35 has to be added to the 
  190.             registration fee to cover our transfer charges. The same
  191.             applies for a bank (SWIFT) transfer to our bank account.

  194.             It is determined by subtracting the discount <3> from the
  195.             total price <2> and adding any additional transfer charges.
  196.             In the above example,  the total cost would be SEK 315, or

  200.        <7>  All prices in this form includes 25% Swedish VAT. If you
  201.             are not a resident of the European Union, or if you have
  202.             a European Union VAT number from any other country than
  203.             Sweden, you are not required to pay Swedish VAT. If this
