  28. SYNOPSIS

  30.      FLIEXE will play ordinary VGA FLI animations, SuperVGA FLI
  31.      animations, and new 32,768 colour (HiColor) animations
  32.      produced from a series of Targa images using our HCMAKE
  33.      program.  FLIEXE converts your animation into a easily 
  34.      distributed self-contained program, and prevents alteration
  35.      of your animations.
