  1.         v0.1 Initial version.
  2.     v0.2 Changed the quoting at the message prompt, now the text color/
  3.          layout shown is also configurable. Unfortunately this is not
  4.          possible when using CTRL-O because pcboard just shows the text
  5.          immediately without any possible intervention from moi :(
  6.          Squashed a bug where it would keep writing the temporary
  7.          quote file (stupid for loop wouldn't check for eof).
  8.          Decided to cut the length of the lines to 72 (which is the
  9.          length allowed by pcb) so that lines wouldn't get split and
  10.          produce quotes without the '>' character in front of some
  11.          lines.
  12.     v0.3 Recoded the ppe to work in expert mode.
