  5.         A Fairy Vanna Event!  Fairy Vanna will sometimes appear and
  6.         offer to help with Socrates' puzzle.  She uncovers a letter
  7.         of your choice!
  8.  
  9.         A Talking Horse Event!  Players who own a horse get after-quiz
  10.         counseling if they blow the question.
  11.  
  12.         New Limits on Trading and Stealing!  The game defaults to a
  13.         maximum of two levels difference and only stealing 10% rather
  14.         than 50%.  This is fully configurable for registered sysops.
  15.  
  16. *** Improved Features! ***
  17.  
  18.         The messages to the victim now allow them to quote the relevant
  19.         part of the message when they reply (in color even <g>).
  20.  
  21.         Over 4 times as many quiz questions!
  22.  
  23.         The quiz database is now encrypted so clever, but less than
  24.         ethical, users can no longer cheat by using a file viewer.
  25.  
  26.         Although there was not even one reported problem with the old
  27.         system, the locking routines are now completely LORD compatible.
  28.  
  29.         The install routine is now much smoother.  Multiple installs by
  30.         accident are no longer possible.

  32.         Socrates no longer kills players that attack him.  There was one
  33.         report of this being abused, so out it came.

  37.         The 115200-locked-rate-not-returned-to-LORD bug is gone.

  39.         The non-locked-modem-remote-users-can't-see-the-game bug is
  40.         gone.

  42.         The RIP-disappears-when-returning-to-LORD bug is gone.

  44.         The timeout-and-get-to-try-another-question bug is gone.

  46.         The dropped-carrier-leaves-character-online bug is gone.
