  24. How about the following:  one of the viruses submitted to the
  25. competition gets loose, and manages to infect somebody in the UK.

  27. files a complaint, and as a result of that the sponsors of the
  28. competition are charged with an "incitement to commit a computer
  29. crime", and as demonstrated in the Popp case, he can be extradited
  30. (sp?) to the UK, where prosecuting someone for virus writing is a
  31. lot
  32. easier than in the US.

  34. anyhow, I have more significant things to do with my time than to
  35. spend my time commenting on a stupid idea like this one.
