  14.         STEVE JACKSON GAMES TRIAL POSTPONED
  15.  
  16. The clerk of the court in which the Steve Jackson Games trial will be
  17. held has just informed all parties that the SJG trial WILL NOT be heard
  18. next week as originally scheduled. Only the summary judgement argument
  19. will be heard next week and that is something for which witnesses are
  20. not needed. The clerk informs us that the *earliest* the case can
  21. expect to go to trial is the week of January 25th. A confirmation of
  22. this date is expected from the office of Judge Sparks at the beginning
  23. of next week.
