This small script add-on gives the person that you select ouot of the nicknames list a comical message asking whether they're there. It will also ping this person, so that you know if they're lagged or not. If the person is there, they type !here, and they get another comical message, and it tells you that they're there.
To install X-iStEnCe ChEcK, put this code below in your mIRC 5.0 remote/events section:

To use it, just click on the person's nick in the nickname list with the left button, then the right button, then clink on X-iStEnCe ChEcK, then pick whether you want to say this in the whole channel(if there's a flood kick running, you may get banned or kicked, so I'd do private), or as a private message.
