  8. The drug laws of this country are just to profit the lawmakers and to pad 
  9. their wallets.
  10. I was arrested for possessing a small amount of marijuana that was found by
  11. illegal search and seizure. I had passed a field sobriety test consisting of 
  12. walking a line (forward and backward) and counting down from 10, standing on
  13. one foot with arms extended head tipped back eyes closed and touching my
  14. nose with my right index finger and then with my left pinky finger, 
  15. following the tip of the officer's pen with my eyes to the left up down 
  16. right and after all of this the officer examined my pupils with a flashlight 
  17. and four spotlights and couldn't figure out why my pupils looked like 
  18. pinpoints and proceeded to accuse me of being fucked up and on all kinds of 
  19. drugs (I was sober and not stoned). The officer didn't see any nor smell mj
  20. in the car or on me. He then proceeded to search my car after arguing for 10
  21. ten minutes about it. He found nothing, not even a roach paper!!!! After all 
  22. this he should have sent me on my way. But, now he wanted to search me and I 
  23. said no f*cking way. I was handcuffed and searched anyway which turned up a 
  24. bag with 3 joints worth. I got a years probation, dui on my license, and 
  25. cost me about $1000 with drug classes.
