  15. Thanks for your email in response to my new syndicated column.  I 
  16. appreciate your taking the time to write me.   As you can probably 
  17. imagine, I receive hundreds of messages from outside of Microsoft each 
  18. day.  While I love to read people's views and share ideas about 
  19. technology, unfortunately, I am not able to answer each and every inquiry.

  22. The second column each month will be dedicated to answering questions 
  23. from readers like you, so keep reading and I'll do my best to address 
  24. the topics that are of general interest to readers worldwide.
