In Face Invaders, your job is to destroy wave after wave of ugly faces coming your way, using a joystick in either port. Pressing the firebutton help dispose of the invading hordes, which gradually creep up on you, faster and faster, while bombing you with acid. You have three small bunkers to hide behind, which slowly erode from the falling acid and the effects of your own bullets. Occasionally you have a chance to destroy a particularly vile face that poses no real threat but can give you a boost in the points standings.
For every wave of invadors destroyed you gain an extra "life", securing your beauty a little while longer. If you wish to quit the game at any time, hold down the RUN/STOP key and tap the RESTORE key; RUNning the program immediately will bring you back to the start up screen, but this process is not recommended if you have executed other commands.
