  56. The 6 most recent text files that you edit will now be saved and added to the
  57. menu list when you first open the program. Also, you can use any of the icons
  58. that are included in a particular file or icon library (MORICONS.DLL, etc.). 
  59. Click the ICON button in the SETUP window and select Icon Libs. under Files Of
  60. Type... You can now Register by Credit Card (see above).

  62. You can now select and delete multiple files in the File Utilities section. 
  63. With this version are tabs in the Notes section pre-loaded with DOS and
  64. Windows system files for editing. Also included is a tab for the filecab.dat 
  65. file which will load once you have added applications to the buttons and this 
  66. file is created. Now when you click your right mouse button over an 
  67. application/utility button the popup menu will show "Edit Buttons" at the top. 
  68. When you click this the filecab.dat file will open in the Notes section and the
  69. first listing of the path information for that button will be highlighted for 
  70. editing. To edit the picture/icon information just click the menu item 
  71. Search...Find to locate the file path (if it is the same as the .exe file). 
  72. You can now add a title or name to the application and utility buttons in "Setup".
  73. When program is minimized, icon moves. To stop this, click on icon and select item
  74. from popup menu (control box menu).

  78. To run YOUR FILE CABINET you will need the VBRUN300.DLL Visual Basic runtime 
  79. file (found on most BBS's) in your Windows or Windows/System directory
  80. (as long as this is in your path statement). Then add a new program
  81. item to one of your groups (File*New*OK, etc.) using the icon with
  82. YOUR FILE CABINET. I don't know if this will run in Windows 3.0 but it should.

  87.  your start-up group also).

  107.  These files need to be placed in your Windows directory (or Windows\System 
  108.  if in your path) if you don't already have them. (Please make sure this is
  109.  the most recent version).

  114.  These  will be created in the same directory as the main filecab.exe file.
  115.  Once you have added your programs to the buttons, the file information will 
  116.  be saved in the filecab.dat file. Any tab settings and filecab settings will be listed
  117.  in the filecab.ini file. The filecab.hlp file should be placed here.

  121. To run YOUR FILE CABINET, double-click on its icon and it will open to the
  122. main title folder. Run Setup (on the menu bar) to make various title and
  123. name changes as well as tab and folder changes.

  126. few instructions when you click various areas with your right mouse button.

  130. PLEASE NOTE, WHEN ADDING YOUR PROGRAMS/APPLICATIONS TO THE BUTTONS, YOUR 
  131. VIDEO COLORS SHOULD BE NO HIGHER THAN 256. ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS,
  132. YOU MAY CHANGE TO A HIGHER COLOR (32K, 64K ETC.).

  134. The status bar at the bottom of YOUR FILE CABINET will show what the various
  135. buttons are that the mouse cursor is above. When it is above one of the application
  136. buttons, it will show the path of the file that is added to that button.
